obtained from Ruta Ka is to be taken solely as advisory in nature. Ruta Ka,
Ruta Ka CT and Ruta Ka HH will not be held personally, legally, or
financially liable for any action taken based upon advice received from the
aforementioned. Ruta Ka is not a psychological or medical professional and
is unable to diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any ailment be it mental or
physical in nature. Anyone using this consulting service acknowledges that

remain the intellectual property of the aforementioned and must not be
used for profit unless written permission is obtained directly from Ruta Ka.
Recorded sessions are not permitted. No portion of recorded material
obtained from Ruta Ka may be sold or distributed for commercial use or
profit. Any unauthorized commercial use of Ruta Ka name, photograph,
voice, image, likeness, signature, written or recorded material is strictly
prohibited and is in direct violation of rights. Such violation is legally
actionable and will result in legal damages sustained by Ruta Ka. By
continuing to access and use this website as well as its advertised
services, you agree to this statement of liability.
Payment
All payments are payable upon booking/registration for a session or a
course. By making a payment you are committing to attend the
session/event and to make sure that the space is available for you to
connect and participate without interruptions (reasonable interruptions are
acceptable provided that they do not interrupt the session or other
participants).
Cancellation is available with reasonable notice, which is for one to one
sessions up to 24 hours prior to the session and for the courses at least 48
hours before the course start. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Re-scheduling is possible where due to unforeseen circumstances it is not
possible to attend as per original booking/registration.
